What we collect and why

We collect your name, mobile number, optional WhatsApp number, selected service, optional message, submission time, and record of consent to respond to your request. We do not ask for bank account numbers, identity documents, or sensitive financial information. Please do not include these in your message.

Your choice

We contact you about your enquiry based on the consent you provide. This consent does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. You may withdraw consent or ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting the company.

Storage and service providers

Authorized team members can access enquiries through a protected dashboard. Our hosting and database providers process the records on our behalf. Enquiries are reviewed directly in the protected dashboard; no email notifications are sent. Data may be processed outside the UAE; the company must confirm appropriate provider arrangements and safeguards before collecting real enquiries.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for up to 90 days from submission in the active enquiry system. Expired records are removed by a daily cleanup job and during enquiry or dashboard requests. Team members can delete records earlier. Daily server backups are kept for up to seven days. An expired record may remain in those backups until they rotate out.

Security and spam prevention

We use encrypted transport, server-side validation, restricted administration, and short-lived request limits to protect the service. A hashed network identifier is retained for rate limiting for approximately one hour and removed during system activity or daily cleanup. We do not use advertising trackers.

WhatsApp and external services

If you choose WhatsApp, you leave this website and its provider’s privacy terms apply. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and an image from Unsplash; these providers receive normal connection information such as an IP address.
